In Leesburg Virginia court house in Will Book F page 174, is found the will of Thomas Gregg, the wheelright, who is survived by his wife Rebecca. He made his will Dec. 13, 1799. Probated May 13, 1820: Children: names from "William Gregg, Quaker immigrant and his descendants" by John William Gregg.
Will: December 13, 1799, Wills "wife, Rebecca profits of plantation where I now live".

Pa.; Hannah INGLEDUE, daughter. of Blackstone Ingledue of Phila., Pa.: Jacob & Hannah (INGLEDUE) Janney were granted certificate to Hopewell monthly meeting, Va. by Falls monthly meeting, Pa. 4-6mo-1742; they settled in Loudon Co. Va., and were charter members of Fairfax monthly meeting, Va., when this monthly meeting was established in 1745. They were prominent members of Fairfax monthly meeting. They had 12 child. as follows:

1. Rebecca, born 1742; marry 1st 1762 Thomas Gregg; marry 2nd as his 2nd wife Jacob McKay; she had 9 child., all by 1st husband.
2. Blackstone born 7-9-1745; marry 1769 Mary NICHOLS; had 8 child.
3. Jonas born 1747; marry Ruth Janney, his 1st cousin, daughter of Abel & Sarah
(BAKER) Janney; was disowned & later reinstated (See Goose Creek monthly
meeting, Va.) 8 child.
4. Joseph born 30-11-1749; marry 4-6mo-1778 Mary HOLMES, daughter of Wm. &
Mary (COOE) Holmes; had 9 child.
5. Phebe, marry BENNETT; she was disowned for wcd 27-1-1770 by Fairfax monthly
meeting for immorality is said to have lived in Green Co. Pa.
6. Jacob Jr. died before 1784; marry 14-10-1780 at Pipe Creek Mtg. Md., Sarah HARRIS,
daughter of Moses & Elizabeth (PLUMMER) Harris, by whom he had 2 sons:-
Jacob & Moses; Sarah (HARRIS) Janney, his widow. marry 2nd 16-12-1784 at
Goose Creek Mtg, Samuel GOVER, by whom she had 14 more child.

marry 2nd 17-8-1780 Ann PLUMMER, daughter Joseph & Sarah; 4 child.
