Notes: William GREGG was born Abt. 1616 in Scotland, and died Abt. 1672 in Ardmore Ireland. (Source: The Quaker Greggs, 17, The oldest son William (b. 1616, Scotland) left by ship after May 1653 his Glenarm Barony in County Antrim with three children, Richard, William (b. abt. 1648) and the oldest son John. Probably there were daughters. With this family he settled on the southwest shore of Waterford County, Southern Ireland at Ardmore where he died abt 1672. His son John died there 1724 and his son Richard died there 1741.)
